Purposes
GiAlly Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Charitable Purpose
To lessen the burdens of government, advance education and science, and promote social welfare by engaging in activities that exclusively support exempt purposes under section 501(c)(3).
Educational Purpose
To conduct public forums, lectures, panels, and classes, and to distribute informational materials designed to enhance community understanding of technology, science, and social welfare initiatives.
Scientific Purpose
To conduct and support scientific research and development, publishing findings openly for the public benefit to advance knowledge in computer science, green energy, and sustainable infrastructure.
Additional Purpose
To engage in any other lawful activities permitted under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in furtherance of GiAlly Inc.'s tax-exempt mission and community goals.
